Sylwia Królikowska

Sylwia is a psychologist by education. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, specializing in business psychology and change management, and is currently working on a PhD focused on charisma. For over 20 years, she has specialized in delivering training and has so far trained tens of thousands of leaders around the world. She works primarily with corporations, and her clients include Amazon, Facebook, Google, Shell, Unilever, and many others. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders develop empathetic leadership skills, build authority based on consistency and authenticity, and conduct so-called “difficult” conversations. She is the author of four books, an expert for Radio ZET and TVN24, and, according to Forbes, one of the most influential women on Polish LinkedIn.
