Dawid has over 20 years of experience building successful teams and companies. He led the Polish expansion of industry giants such as EPAM, SolarWinds, and Vizent Digital, proving his ability to grow businesses from the ground up.

Dawid’s leadership experience goes beyond building companies. He has also managed Polish operations for IBM, Shell Energy, and Amazon. He is a seasoned leader who operates with ease in diverse environments on both sides of the Atlantic.

Dawid’s passion extends far beyond the boardroom. As a dedicated scoutmaster and head coach of the award-winning Kraków Kings American football team, including two Polish Championship titles, he brings a unique combination of business expertise, sports experience, and mentoring skills.

These diverse experiences have shaped Dawid’s unique leadership philosophy, grounded in real-world experience and a passion for inspiring others. His talks are engaging, combining personal stories with practical insights and helping audiences connect with the subject on a deeper level.

She has been with j-labs for six years and is responsible for areas including recruitment, HRBP, and L&D. Previously, she worked as an IT Recruiter and Team Leader; today, she focuses on designing and implementing HR processes at a strategic level. She co-created a recruitment model based on attitudes, as well as an organizational culture built around the conscious selection of people.

She holds a degree in Applied Psychology and focuses on turning knowledge into practice. Her work centers on the self-awareness of both leaders and organizations, as well as practical tools that support the development of these areas, drawing on a teleological approach. Guided by the Evidence-Based Management model, she bases her work on data and an integrative approach that takes neurodiversity into account and treats skepticism as a mindset.
