New initiative
You may know us under a different name - j-tech meetup. After 5 successful editions, we decided to merge with our new initiative: Talk4Managers, which we’ve already organized 3 times in Poland and introduced in Munich last year. As the name suggests, we’re shifting towards more business- and management-focused topics while still keeping the tech background in mind.
“With great change comes great responsibility”, paraphrasing slightly, and we stand by it. A new name, new colors, but the same people who hosted the very first event in Munich for just a dozen participants, and couldn’t fit nearly a hundred eager attendees one year later.
We’re excited to invite you once again to share knowledge, exchange experience, and enjoy inspiring conversations over a drink. See you there!

Which Strategy? A Multi-Level Framework for Leadership Impact
Most organizations define company strategy, but performance often breaks at the team and leadership level. This talk introduces a multi-level strategy framework — company, team, and personal — showing why personal leadership strategy is the most overlooked layer. Participants will learn how to turn strategy into a daily decision system by intentionally designing how they lead.

Built on experience
After 5 editions of j-tech meetup, latest Talk4Managers in Munich, and 3 more in Poland, we’ve learned how to organize truly insightful initiatives that combine business expertise with tech know-how - both at home and abroad.
In Munich, j-tech meetup quickly grew into a space where managers, tech leaders, and curious minds could come together, exchange knowledge, and build valuable connections. Those evenings showed us how much potential there is in bridging the business and tech worlds - and how inspiring the local community can be.
Now it’s your chance to see how we use this experience to make the upcoming event our best one yet.
